Evening Yoga Routine: Senior Yoga



To unwind, release tension, and prepare for a restful sleep.
Many people have shared with me that they have trouble falling asleep. I’ve created this evening sequence /routine that can be done from the comfort of your sofa, easy chair or even your bed as you take just a few minutes to prepare your mind and your body to let go of the day’s events, and allow your body and your mind to transition easily into a restful sleep. A good night and restful sleep will prepare you for a better day tomorrow!
