A lot of people blindly follow the masses in seeing somebody do a particular exercise for a certain number of times and copy what they see without thinking if it’s correct for what they are trying to achieve in their training. As a Sprinter would not train like a marathon runner.
Not all kettlebell routines are for everyone.
