We often get questions on some of our workouts of the month on why we select certain rep ranges and use different time counts for the exercises.

In this video clip Guy explains the basics of reps and sets including what it means and the difference it can make to your training program.

A lot of people blindly follow the masses in seeing somebody do a particular exercise for a certain number of times and copy what they see without thinking if it’s correct for what they are trying to achieve in their training. As a Sprinter would not train like a marathon runner.

Not all kettlebell routines are for everyone.
