Senior Fitness Small Ball Ideas (M2LS)

Great upper, lower and lateral workout for seniors. Lower down into a plie squat (pause) then up… then lengthen one arm shoulder level squeezing the ball front ,side, front and down. Lateral lunges with tricep squeezing the ball behind the head. Last some abs and calves.
